- How do we work? -

We are staffed weekdays between 10:00 - 18:00. Collection of orders and visits can usually also be booked for holidays. Our support answers all conceivable questions and concerns you as a customer may have. We are also available for support after purchase, should help or advice be needed with anything.

We always process orders the same day they are placed and the package is usually sent out the same day or the next day, depending
on when the order is placed and if it is a stock item or manufactured in a factory. Delivery of stock items normally takes place within 2-5 working days and we strive to always achieve this.
We send out the tracking number soon after the package is sent, so you can follow the shipment. 

Orders shipped from the factory are normally delivered within 3-5 weeks of production. The tracking number you receive is used when the package reaches Europe; before then, the package is not traceable as it is shipped in a container between Asia and Europe.

Ours sex dolls are always checked before delivery either by us or by our partners in the factory.
If desired, pictures of the specific doll can be sent to you as the customer for approval before delivery takes place. 

We are constantly looking for new products to expand the range with and revise the products we already have. It is of course important for us to find the best purchase prices, but it is also important to have affordable shipping prices, which can sometimes be tricky with large heavy packages like these. As we always offer free shipping for customers, shipping is already included in our product prices and there is nothing customers need to think about or worry about. But in order to be able to give you as a customer the best price possible, this is an important aspect for us. We want to be able to keep prices low and at the same time have the opportunity to offer you a fast and safe delivery. 

We cooperate with several manufacturers of sex dolls and are well versed in the industry - we are continuously updated on what is happening in the market. We also have great opportunities to carry out special orders as requested. It is possible to upgrade our dolls as desired and customize them completely from the factory. We can also take in basically any doll any you can find in other online stores, and we can also create new dolls on request.

We can send over more pictures of dolls before purchase. In case of special orders from the factory, the doll is photographed before delivery, so the customer can approve the production himself.
